Clinic Receptionist
to join our team at German DentAllee Clinic in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a professional, service-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering a seamless front-desk experience in a premium healthcare environment.
About The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience aligned with high German dental care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Coordinate patient flow with dentists and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic systems
- Process payments and support insurance coordination
- Ensure the reception area is consistently organized and presentable
- Perform general administrative support duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (healthcare or dental clinic preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or German is an advantage)
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and booking systems)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
