Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations
- Handle patient registration, data entry, and update medical records accurately
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff
- Manage billing-related tasks, insurance details, and patient documentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic** and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a clinic or medical receptionist is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
