CAYA World Clinic is looking to hire a warm, organized, and experienced **Clinic Receptionist / Admin Coordinator** to support our front desk and daily clinic operations.

The ideal candidate must have **2–3 years of prior experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting in Dubai** and should be confident managing patient bookings, reception duties, payment coordination, documentation, and day-to-day administrative support.

Prior experience at a Psychology / Psychiatry Clinic is a PLUS

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and families warmly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Coordinate patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Support billing, invoices, receipts, and payment follow-up.
  • Help patients with basic administrative questions, including pay-and-claim documentation.
  • Coordinate with clinicians regarding schedules, room use, and patient flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Support general clinic administration and communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • **Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a clinic or healthcare facility in Dubai is required.**
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with clinic management systems or EMR software is preferred.
  • Comfortable handling patients, parents, and clinicians in a calm and professional manner.
  • Organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in a psychology, therapy, pediatric, dental, dermatology, or polyclinic setting is a strong advantage.

The right person should be warm with patients, sharp with admin, reliable with follow-ups, and comfortable being the first point of contact for a growing clinic.
