Role Summary
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Dynasty Clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience aligned with the clinic’s premium healthcare and wellness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations across all departments (medical, aesthetic, and wellness).
- Ensure compliance with **DHA regulations**, licensing, and clinical standards.
- Supervise and coordinate medical, administrative, and support staff.
- Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and service efficiency to optimize performance.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, satisfaction, and confidentiality.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and coordination with pharmacy/medical suppliers.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, quality assurance, and infection control protocols.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and service expansion.
- Handle patient concerns, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in clinic/hospital management (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **DHA regulations and healthcare compliance**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in aesthetic/wellness clinics is a strong advantage.
