About the Role

Requirements

• Minimum two years of previous experience managing clinics in Dubai.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus but is not required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Professional, polished, and able to deal with clients from diverse nationalities.
• Proficiency in Clinic Management Systems.
• Well-presented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work between doctors, clients, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the clinic's daily workflow and manage appointment scheduling.
• Monitor client satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop clinic processes and elevate the practice to a more professional standard.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff.
• Manage clinic-supply inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and DHA regulations.
• Prepare and monitor monthly revenue, appointment, and performance reports.
• Assist with marketing coordination and social media follow-up.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination.
• Manage petty cash and provide basic financial and billing oversight.
