The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations, staff performance, patient services, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance.
- Manage appointments, patient flow, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare standards.
- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, and expenses.
- Handle patient concerns and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in clinic or healthcare management is preferred.
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and clinic operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
