About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Clinic Coordinator** to oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate appointments, support the clinical team, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing coordination, as required.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinic coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Professional, patient-focused attitude.
