Role overview

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate information by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalate complex problems when necessary, and follow up to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Track and document client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and support ongoing projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience; maintain knowledge of company policies and systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and client support best practices.

Qualifications

• Customer-support experience and commitment to high customer satisfaction are required.
• Prior client service, helpdesk, or support-role experience is sought; energy, engineering, or related-industry experience is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal and client-focused approach; solid analytical skills for interpreting issues and data and suggesting solutions.
• Clear, professional written and verbal English communication is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with common office and ticketing software, such as CRM tools, email platforms, and spreadsheets.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
