Role Description
Part-time hybrid Client Support Specialist role based in Sharjah, combining on-site work with work-from-home flexibility.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues and support a positive client experience through timely, accurate assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client emails and phone calls, document and track requests, and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
- Follow up to confirm resolution and client satisfaction; maintain client records and prepare simple reports on recurring issues.
- Suggest improvements to support processes and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-support and customer-satisfaction skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; CRM or ticketing-system knowledge is beneficial.
- Prior client-facing or support experience, ideally in investment, financial services or professional services, is an advantage.
- Able to work independently, manage time in a hybrid setting and handle multiple requests attentively.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications or a related field is preferred.
