Role overview

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales lead on vertical strategy and planning, and deploy strategy through client solutions managers.
• Build best practices, playbooks, and vertical analyses with cross-functional teams; set team process updates and product priorities.
• Drive campaign foundations, product adoption, reporting, execution, and the vertical's measurement and learning agenda.
• Resolve complex client issues with ad operations, product development, engineering, and creative teams; share marketplace feedback for product improvements.
• Research client needs and develop solutions that grow business through upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations.
• Lead from the front, coaching and mentoring the team.

Minimum qualifications

• Extensive experience in account management or client services in digital performance marketing.
• Experience managing performance advertisers and understanding their challenges.
• Proactive attitude and excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Mobile app industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and identify campaign performance insights is preferred.
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams is preferred.
