Client Servicing Executive

Assist in managing all administrative roles and operations roles across all functions.

Assist in servicing clients on an ongoing basis in a timely efficient manner.

Maintain calendar for all areas required by the Manager.

Arrange client meetings, book meeting rooms and manage overall coordination.

Keep up to date data bases, records and ensure all information is accurate and well-presented. Ensure files are recorded in a clear and concise manner.

Liaise with all necessary functions and departments within Continental to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Completing documentation and onboarding process efficiently.

Following up for premium collections.

Other ad hoc tasks whenever required.
