Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate client service and meet or exceed agreed service levels.
- Meet clients face-to-face to review registry activity, services, projects, and initiatives; maintain detailed knowledge of client organizations, share activity, management, and key contacts.
- Communicate BoardRoom services and use the SREG registry system to manage client registers.
- Coordinate allotments, cancellations, expired securities, cross-border transfers, buybacks, and corporate actions.
- Manage client campaigns and communications, gather feedback including NPS ratings, and support shareholder meeting mailings, voting, attendance, and e-communications.
- Comply with policies, procedures, and audit processes; review billing with Finance, follow up on outstanding debt, and report internally.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements, including user acceptance testing of IT redevelopments.
- Identify training and process improvements with the Listed team manager; support colleagues with training, guidance, backup servicing, and team communication.
- Log Platinum Client retention interactions in CRM and meet assigned deadlines.
- Load incidents and complaints into CAMMS within 24 hours of discovery and assist with investigation, summary, and close-out.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Good knowledge of ASX listing rules, CHESS procedures and guidelines, and key ASIC requirements.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management skills.
- High initiative, ability to work well in a team, and awareness of industry news and trends.
- Available for domestic travel to meetings.
