Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Services Executive
to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The role serves as a key link between clients and internal departments, ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor service performance and follow up on client feedback.
- Track and resolve client concerns and operational issues.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up communications.
- Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are achieved.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
- FMCG, merchandising, retail operations, or field marketing industry experience.
- Experience working with corporate clients and service-based organizations.
