Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Client Services Executive

to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role serves as a key link between clients and internal departments, ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor service performance and follow up on client feedback.
  • Track and resolve client concerns and operational issues.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • FMCG, merchandising, retail operations, or field marketing industry experience.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and service-based organizations.
