  • To set you up for success, we’d like you to attend a short Introductory Insight Session before your first-stage interview. This session will give you valuable context about our business, our people, and what the role involves, so you feel confident and fully informed going into the interview stages.
  • In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a member of the Talent Team to discuss your background and how it aligns with the key skills required for the role.
  • At the second stage, you’ll meet with a Senior Associate and a Team Lead from our Client Services team. This will include a Case Study exercise and an opportunity for the team to learn more about your experience.
  • In the final stage, you’ll meet with one of our Associate Directors at proSapient for a more in-depth conversation about your interest in the role and your overall fit for the position.
