Role Overview
Arch is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our Travel, Accident & Health business during our evening shift.
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries while delivering exceptional service and support.
This will be a day shift position (8:30AM - 5PM EST).

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Three years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, accident and health or medical insurance fields
- Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty insurance license or equivalent preferred

- For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
- $48,000 - $68,931/year
- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
