Client Service Support Coordinator

• Access internal and external software applications to prepare for incoming work. • Update and maintain internal and external databases with relevant client and project details for tracking and coordination. • Review and inspect inventory to assure accuracy and integrity of parts input into inventory system • Separate equipment as determined by disposition lists. • Relocate equipment in the warehouse as needed. • Participate in automation of processes to make them more efficient and reliable. • Interact with operations, sales, and customers as required to ensure adherence to process guidelines.
