Through our proprietary CapitalRock Wealth Control Tower platform, we provide clients with wealth profiling, portfolio intelligence, financial planning support, reporting, and secure digital access to their financial information.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Service & Operations Coordinator to support our client relationships and day-to-day operations.
Client Service
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate client onboarding and follow-up activities.
- Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Assist clients with portal access and account-related requests.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Update CRM records and track client interactions.
- Assist with preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Coordinate document collection and organization.
- Support invoicing and administrative processes.
- Monitor follow-up actions and workflow management.
Platform Support
- Assist with client portal account administration.
- Support document uploads and access management.
- Monitor client requests and platform-related inquiries.
Essential
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude and client-focused mindset.
Preferred
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, hospitality, real estate, insurance, banking support, or related industries.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

- AED 4,000 per month.

Important Eligibility Requirement
Applicants must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid UAE residency visa with authorization to work.
