Job Title: Client Service Executive – Operations Department

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Client Service Executive** to join our Operations Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing family visa and residency-related applications, coordinating with customers throughout the process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from application submission to final approval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of family visa, residency, and related immigration applications.
  • Guide customers regarding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
  • Review and verify application documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on visa applications through relevant government portals and authorities.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on application status and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and government entities to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Monitor application progress and proactively resolve issues or document deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer applications, documents, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, visa processing, immigration services, or government transactions is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.

& Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE immigration and residency procedures will be an added advantage.
