Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate retail fit-out projects from inquiry to completion.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and experience working with retail, commercial, or interior fit-out clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and project teams.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project review meetings.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and project milestones.
- Ensure timely communication regarding project progress, deliveries, and installations.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination.
- Experience in retail fit-out, shopfitting, interior contracting, or construction is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
