Client Service Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while applying product and service knowledge.
• Resolve client inquiries and service issues using operating procedures and structured troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients to relevant services based on stated needs and observed patterns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive timely outcomes and strengthen service delivery.
• Participate in end-to-end change management activities to influence adoption and reduce stakeholder impact.
• Mitigate service conflicts by aligning expectations, communicating clearly, and escalating appropriately.
• Maintain awareness of fraud prevention practices while handling client requests and transactions.
• Plan daily work to meet operational objectives, quality standards, and client experience expectations.
• Utilize digital tools and process automation concepts to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Apply working knowledge or equivalent expertise in customer service operations, including transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders to support mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Use problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement practical resolutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally when handling inquiries, documenting actions, and coordinating next steps.

• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
• Leverage artificial intelligence-enabled and automation tools to enhance client solutions, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality and client experience outcomes.
• Apply cultural intelligence and data and technology literacy to engage diverse clients and support innovative solutions.
• Maintain working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to help protect client data and support informed decision-making through quantitative reporting.
