Client Service Advisor

About the role

What you will do

• Attend and participate in internal and external client review meetings, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Ensure client services are delivered across the portfolios in line with contracts and expectations.
• Undertake any action points allocated to you and deliver to the timeframe specified by Account Management and OH Administration Manager.
• Own and develop client interface documents, supporting any clients that are utilising our internal portal.
• Regularly complete compliance reporting for assigned client portfolio, identifying any training requirements for Client Service Administrators.
• Manage the administration of medical bookings effectively and accurately for all companies in assigned Client Portfolio.
• Previous experience as an administrator within a client function, or client facing role.
• You will have strong commercial awareness and previous experience of coaching and mentoring.
• Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You will be driven to deliver outstanding customer service, with the ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, ensuring your workload is prioritised and managed effectively.
