Kiwa Agri-Food seeks a Client Scheduler for its Food team, coordinating annual audit programmes and auditor schedules across the UK.
The role is based in Harrogate and follows a hybrid pattern of three office days and two home days each week.
About the role
- Coordinate audit schedules for the Retail Supplier Audit Programme and monitor allocations against agreed timescales.
- Manage assessor diaries, support UK and international resource planning, and reduce expired audit windows and unnecessary travel.
- Build client relationships, respond to enquiries, maintain accurate system records, and proactively solve scheduling challenges.
- Prepare routine reports and support measures for auditor utilisation, client turnaround, and supplier feedback.
Candidate requirements
- Scheduling, coordination, administration, or logistics experience is desirable.
- Strong administrative, planning, organisational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong general IT skills are required.
- TIC industry experience is desirable; a flexible, proactive, results-focused approach and practical problem-solving are sought.
Compensation
- Salary is £32,000–£37,000 per annum.
Hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
