The Client Relationship Manager supports entrepreneur applications for Futurpreneur programs and services, client satisfaction and regional targets.

Work arrangement

Application screening and consultation
- Review applications, business plans and cash flows for eligibility and business viability.
- Analyze credit reports, determine funding limits and communicate credit issues and financial-literacy supports.
- Coach entrepreneurs to improve business plans and cash flows to meet program application standards.
- Compile application documentation and summarize relevant information for National Adjudication.
- Review partner-submitted applications and explain application expectations, documents and timelines to partners.
- Train partners on program details and submission of quality applications.
Conditions, loans and coordination
- Prepare and communicate program acceptance and outstanding conditions; collect and evaluate conditional documents.
- Send mentor-matching requests to the mentoring specialist team.
- Prepare and submit loan agreements, promissory notes and other required legal documents.
- Coordinate with compliance, applicants and mentors to support loan disbursement.
- Work with adjudication, entrepreneur-in-residence and loans teams to ensure applications meet eligibility requirements.
- Assess workflow quality and forecast likely disbursement dates or months.
