Responsibilities
- Oversee key business initiatives and contribute to long-term vision and policy-making.
- Align operations with regulatory requirements and stakeholder interests.
- Review performance reports and participate in board and committee meetings.
- Guide risk management and compliance efforts.
- Oversee major projects and investments.
- Work with senior leadership to strengthen governance, customer value, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Represent the bank ethically and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong background in banking, financial services, or corporate finance, with strategic planning and business leadership experience.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to Indian banking.
- Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and oversee large-scale initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Track record of organizational growth, operational efficiency, and customer-centric innovation in a regulated environment.
- Advanced academic credentials in finance, management, economics, law, or a related field are an advantage.
- CA, CFA, CS, or MBA certifications are an advantage.
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
