Part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, combining on-site work with some work from home.

Serves as a primary point of contact for clients and supports them throughout the client lifecycle.

Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
Communicate regularly with clients and prepare updates and reports.
Support new-client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
Track account activities and identify ways to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Document interactions in CRM tools, follow service processes, and contribute to improving client support practices.

Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, provide responsive support, and communicate professionally.
Strong organization and time management to handle multiple requests and prioritize work in a part-time schedule.
Effective written and verbal English communication; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Basic proficiency with CRM or customer-support tools and common office software.
Service orientation, problem-solving, and attention to detail are expected.
Prior related client-facing experience is preferred but not required; a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is beneficial.
