Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description

Day-to-Day Work

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support throughout each project lifecycle.
• Schedule and attend virtual meetings, gather client requirements, and prepare brief summaries for the design team.
• Follow up on deliverables and confirm client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and update CRM or tracking tools.
• Monitor ongoing projects to identify needs or issues early.
• Maintain documentation, prepare simple reports, and coordinate with internal team members.

Qualifications

• Client service and relationship skills, including empathy, responsiveness, and a professional customer-focused attitude.
• Account coordination skills, including basic project timelines, deliverable tracking, and internal communication support.
• Clear written and verbal English, active listening, and confidence in virtual meetings.
• Organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple client requests concurrently.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools such as email, chat platforms, video conferencing, and shared documents.
• Ability to work independently remotely, proactively identify client needs, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Prior client support, account management, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Design or creative services familiarity, or interest in digital design or AI-driven creative work, is a plus.
