Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client communications, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams; prepare sales or account status reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support promotions, product launches, and retail or distributor activities; track performance and gather client feedback.
• Assist senior account managers with presentations, basic analysis, and follow-ups to strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Client service, relationship management, account support, and coordination skills are required.
• Clear written and spoken English, effective cross-functional collaboration, and basic commercial and analytical skills are required.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills; comfort with office software and willingness to learn company systems.
• Relevant business, marketing, communications, or related education, or equivalent practical experience.
• FMCG, retail, or toys experience is an advantage.

Workplace

• Hybrid role in Abu Dhabi with some work-from-home flexibility.
