Part-time, hybrid client-facing role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some flexibility to work from home.

Respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing support, and promote a positive experience across multiple communication channels.

Maintain professional communication and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Manage client accounts and follow up on requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Share product or service updates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare brief reports on client feedback.
Support basic sales or onboarding activities.

Strong client service and relationship management, active listening, empathy, and a client-focused mindset.
Clear, professional written and spoken English communication.
Organization and time management to manage multiple requests, follow-ups, and documentation.
Basic account management and support skills; comfort with CRM tools or spreadsheets and accurate record-keeping.
Ability to collaborate on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and work independently from home.
Comfort with digital messaging, video-call, and content-sharing platforms.
Previous client support, customer service, or account coordination experience is advantageous but not required.
Interest in finance, education, or digital learning products is beneficial.
