Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications, respond to inquiries, and support onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate meetings and calls; maintain client interaction records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Prepare follow-up summaries and monitor client satisfaction.
• Research funds and investors, compile client reports, and support outreach campaigns.
• Help identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and coordinate client deliverables with internal team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client service and relationship management skills, including responsiveness, professionalism, and trust-building.
• Strong written and spoken English; clear, concise, respectful communication across diverse cultures.
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
• Comfort with basic research, data gathering, and preparing summaries or reports about investors or funds.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools, including email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM or tracking systems.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and accountability.
• Relevant experience in client support, account management, or administration; finance or investment exposure is advantageous.
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
