Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage client interactions, respond to inquiries, and communicate client needs to internal teams.
• Support campaign coordination, track deliverables and timelines, and prepare status updates and basic reports.
• Assist with client onboarding and keep CRM or project management records accurate.
• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists and contribute to presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and trust-building.
• Clear written and verbal communication, presentation support, and professional email and meeting etiquette.
• Basic digital marketing understanding, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and branding; willingness to learn agency processes and tools.
• Organization and time-management skills to prioritize work, manage multiple accounts, and maintain documentation.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration software, including spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM, or project management platforms.
• Ability to work reliably with onsite and remote colleagues in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in client support or account coordination.
• Prior agency, sales-support, or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• English fluency is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
