Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality fleet management solutions and services.
• Build client partnerships through regular engagement, account planning, and proactive support.
• Analyse fleet data and client needs to recommend tailored, commercially useful solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand products and services across existing accounts.
• Work with dealerships, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve needs and deliver customer outcomes.
• Train clients, support software and outsourced-solution adoption, and manage vehicle changeovers.

Skills and experience

• Experience managing client relationships and growing portfolios in fleet, automotive, leasing, finance, or a related industry.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of identifying growth opportunities, retaining customers, and delivering client satisfaction.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to interpret data and recommend commercially sound solutions.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Current driver's licence.
• Business, Finance, related tertiary qualifications, and relevant industry qualifications are highly regarded.
