Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and serve as their primary contact.
- Understand client needs and coordinate suitable products, services, or business solutions.
- Monitor satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins, and identify ways to improve the client experience.
- Coordinate internally to resolve concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support business growth.
- Maintain client records and communication histories; prepare reports, presentations, and relationship updates.
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, and internal processes.
- Support onboarding and ensure relationship activities comply with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of customer service, client relations, or account management principles.
- Ability to manage client expectations and handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- CRM familiarity and previous relevant experience are advantages.
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
