Full-time, on-site Client Relationship Executive role based in Sharjah.
Responsible for new business development, lead generation, client relationships, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and generate leads across target markets and industry segments.
- Meet prospects, understand their needs, and prepare proposals with internal teams.
- Support onboarding and account handover; manage client relationships and track sales targets.
- Report sales insights to senior management and collaborate on campaigns, events, and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop new business and leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into clients.
- Understanding of business environments and market opportunities; professional services or consulting knowledge is relevant.
- Strong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and client-facing skills.
- Proven account management ability, including relationship maintenance, service satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; sales or business development certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work with targets, CRM or sales tracking tools, reports, and forecasts.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and multicultural clients.
- UAE/GCC audit, consulting, or professional services experience is highly beneficial.
