Client Relationship Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B clients in iGaming and payments and conduct face-to-face meetings in Dubai and relevant markets.
• Promote and drive sales for both company products.
• Develop relationships with existing clients, merchants, operators, partners, and business stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Manage the sales cycle from outreach through negotiation, closing, and onboarding coordination.
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging sector opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Prior iGaming and payment industry experience is called highly preferred and essential in the same description.
• Ability to acquire clients, conduct business meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Experience with international clients, merchants, operators, or business partners.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Two years of business development experience is required.
• An existing industry network, UAE business knowledge, and conference or networking experience are preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as up to AED 3,500 per month.

• Work location is in person; Dubai is specified as required.
