We are a Singapore based IT Services and Solutions firm supporting government agencies, financial institutions, technology companies, and enterprise clients.
As part of our expansion in the UAE, we are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to develop strategic relationships and drive new business opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement departments, and senior business stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations.
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and account growth.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Drive vendor registrations, master service agreements, and preferred supplier arrangements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, recruitment sales, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or B2B services.
- Must Have experience within the UAE market .
- Must Have existing networks within HR, recruitment, technology, consulting, banking, government, or enterprise sectors
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, polished, and confident presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
