About Lisola Sartoria
Lisola is an Italian bespoke tailoring house at The Dubai Edition, making made-to-measure suits and formalwear using cloths from Loro Piana and Zegna.
Role
The role serves as the client's point of contact from first inquiry through the first fitting and supports the atelier's client experience and operations.
Client relations and appointments
- Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, the website, and social channels, and turn interest into private atelier consultations.
- Call and follow up leads, confirm and reschedule appointments, and keep in touch between visits.
- Qualify inquiries based on occasion, timing, and previous bespoke experience without making clients feel sold to.
- Maintain accurate daily records of bookings, attendance, outcomes, and next steps.
Atelier operations and coordination
- Run back-office activities including the diary, CRM, client data, and supplier coordination; prepare a weekly sales and pipeline summary for management.
- Work with the marketing partner on lead sources, data, and campaign feedback.
- Support client communication before and after fittings and assist with occasional events.
Candidate profile
- Native or fully fluent written and spoken English is essential; messages should be polished, and the candidate should be comfortable on the phone with senior clients.
- Be organized and precise with data, and confident using Google Sheets.
- Be ready to learn tools such as Calendly, WhatsApp Business, and Shopify quickly.
- Be discreet, presentable, and calm, and understand the importance of client privacy.
