VayK is a DTCM-licensed holiday home management company managing a growing portfolio of properties across Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, JVC, and Dubai Marina.
As our portfolio scales, we're looking for a Client Relations Manager to own the experience of our property owners after they come on board.
If our Business Development team brings owners in, you're the person who keeps them ā through clear communication, sharp problem-solving, and genuinely caring whether their investment is performing.
What You'Ll Be Doing
You'll be the primary point of contact for VayK's portfolio of property owners post-onboarding.
You'll keep them informed, keep them happy, and make sure issues get resolved before they become reasons to leave.
Core Responsibilities
ā Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of property owners
ā Provide regular performance and revenue updates, and proactively flag issues or opportunities
ā Handle owner queries, concerns, and escalations quickly and professionally
ā Coordinate with our operations and property management teams to resolve maintenance, housekeeping, or booking issues affecting owners
ā Drive retention ā owners renew because they trust you, not just the numbers
ā Spot upsell opportunities (additional properties, added services) within your portfolio
ā Run regular check-ins and account reviews with owners
ā Capture owner feedback and feed it back into how we operate
ā Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all owner communication in our CRM
š What We're Looking For
ā 2ā4 years in client relationship management, account management, customer success, hospitality, or real estate ā Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic, Russian, or French is a strong plus
ā Calm under pressure ā you can defuse a frustrated owner and turn it into a resolved ticket
ā Naturally organized ā comfortable managing a live portfolio of accounts without anything slipping
ā Some familiarity with Dubai's short-term rental or property management industry is an advantage, not a requirement
ā Comfortable working in CRM tools and reporting on account health
