About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and landlords
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust
• Provide regular updates on property performance, occupancy, and revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guest relations, and finance) to deliver seamless service
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support new property onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards
• Identify opportunities to improve owner experience and retention
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements

• **Previous experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role (mandatory)**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a **strong advantage**)
• Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Confident in handling professional correspondence and reports
• Dubai-based and available to work from our Business Bay office
