Qualifications

  • HS/GED and 3 years customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Education: Associates or Bachelors degree.
  • 1 year prior experience in sales/customer service experience. Experience of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English Read and Write).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Compensation
  • The compensation range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
