Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Partner role based in the Riyadh Region.
The Client Partner will manage a portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships, and serve as a primary point of contact for organizations using Moqablah’s services.
Daily responsibilities include understanding client hiring needs, advising on talent strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality interview facilitation and outreach campaigns.
The role involves driving new business opportunities, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements aligned with client objectives.
The Client Partner will monitor project performance, track key metrics, and ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, stakeholder communication, and client retention.
- Proven Sales skills, including pipeline management, solutions selling, and negotiation.
- Project Management capabilities, such as planning, prioritization, and coordination across teams and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR tech, staffing, or talent solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
