Qualifications

  • Relationship-driven – Genuinely interested in clients and what they are trying to achieve, with a proven track record of building and nurturing senior relationships.
  • Relevant experience - 3+ years in consulting, customer success, or account management.
  • Exceptional communicator – Confident holding a room, writing clearly, and adapting your style to any audience skills.
  • Stakeholder management – Highly organised and skilled at managing multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously, without losing grip on the detail.
  • Commercially astute – Comfortable navigating contracts, negotiations, and client budgets with confidence.
  • Strategic yet detail-oriented — Able to see the long-term bigger picture whilst maintaining strong personal organisation and a sharp eye for what matters day-to-day.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset — Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to think long-term with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Collaborative leader – The kind of person who leads by example and makes the people around them better.
