**Role Description The Client Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with mobile operator clients.

This role includes acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client business objectives, and aligning TIMWETECH’s digital, marketing, and fintech solutions to drive measurable results.

The Client Partner will oversee the full account lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and leading commercial proposals to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful delivery in coordination with internal teams.

Day-to-day activities include monitoring account performance, leading regular client meetings, gathering feedback, and working closely with product, technical, and project management teams to resolve issues and optimize ongoing initiatives.

The role also involves contributing to regional growth plans, forecasting revenue, and providing market insights to inform strategy and product dev

elopment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales, with a track record of growing revenue and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, acting as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions on time and within scope.
  • Solid understanding of digital services for mobile operators, such as B2B2C platforms, digital marketing, and/or fintech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and support account planning and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with or within mobile operators or digital service providers in the region is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
