Client Partner (12-month Contract)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own the business unit, drive new business, lead existing client partnerships, manage P&L, and develop a diverse and inclusive team.
• Support top-tier accounts to retain clients and increase investment.
• Grow brand and client relationships and execute strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Deliver client presentations and strengthen the agency’s reputation with leading brands.
• Share market feedback and client insights to inform product and service development.
• Deliver large-scale partnerships and revenue commitments with senior client-side leads.
• Manage and coach the team and collaborate with global teams to improve operations.
• Ensure excellent client deliverables.

Experience and capabilities

• 10+ years of relevant media or advertising experience, including Australian-market account management.
• Experience in complex, multigeography, multicultural team environments.
• Capabilities in business strategy, digital asset management, digital media planning and buying, and strategic sales planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, pipeline-management, and analytical skills.
• People-management experience; Australian leadership experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently, deliver excellent client service, and solve problems under pressure.
