Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle and support Client Lifecycle Management initiatives.
Partner with Sales & Trading, Front Office, KYC teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding from initiation through account activation, meeting KYC requirements, service-level agreements and deadlines.
- Prioritize the client pipeline with Front Office and KYC teams; act as the main onboarding contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Collect, verify and maintain client documentation for timely approvals and account opening.
- Review submissions for AML, KYC, sanctions screening and internal risk-policy compliance; escalate potential risks.
- Manage client expectations, respond to inquiries and provide regular onboarding updates.
- Monitor workflows and controls, identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements with partner teams.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of Client Onboarding or CLM experience within financial services, ideally in Securities, Commodities, Metals and Payments.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, including AML, KYC, Dodd-Frank and EMIR.
- Ability to engage effectively with Front Office, internal stakeholders and external clients.
Additional strengths
- Stakeholder and client relationship management experience, KYC/AML expertise, and strong organization and prioritization are highlighted as strengths.
- French, German or Spanish language skills are advantageous but not essential.
Working environment
- Flexible working arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
