As our Client Intake & Sales Specialist , you’ll be the first friendly voice families hear when they reach out for help. You’ll answer questions, guide them through our process, and make sure they feel supported from the very first call — all while working remotely.

If you love building relationships, have strong phone skills, and want your work to make a real difference, this is the role for you.

Connect with Families: Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, build trust quickly, and understand client needs.

Close & Onboard: Secure signed service agreements, schedule home assessments, and ensure a smooth start to care.

Track & Improve: Document every interaction in our CRM, share insights on lead quality, and meet or exceed conversion goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)

2+ years in inside sales, lead management, or customer service (healthcare/home care experience preferred)

Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

Comfortable using CRM software, Google Suite, and basic scheduling tools

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Reliable high-speed internet connection
