The role can be performed in a hybrid model balancing work from home and office.

What you will be responsible for

  • Coordinate custodian and administrator setup arrangements and complete market-opening and trading documentation.
  • Coordinate transaction processing, including in-kind trade booking and exception resolution.
  • Facilitate operational readiness across front-, middle- and back-office teams.
  • Work with Contracting and KYC/AML teams to complete legal administration on time.
  • Maintain accurate client and portfolio reference data and static-data setup.
  • Complete event checklists and schedules in accordance with procedures.
  • Deliver client support before, during and after events; chair preparation and follow-up meetings.
  • Investigate and resolve queries and challenge perceived risks and process gaps.

What the employer values

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, organisation, administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused approach, confident communication and ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Understanding of investment markets and securities settlement, particularly free-of-payment trades.
  • Experience in asset management, custody, fund administration, investment operations, implementation, onboarding or transition management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, events or operational initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • A degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline, is preferred.
  • IMC, CISI or equivalent industry qualifications are advantageous.
