Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of cash management products for commercial and corporate clients.
Plan and deliver tailored solutions, with proactive client communication and a focus on exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product implementation cases and keep onboarding plans progressing as expected.
- Engage partners on critical activities supporting implementation.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Banking Implementation and Integration Team on plans tailored to client operational requirements.
- Build client understanding and confidence in products, services, and support; facilitate transition to servicing partners.
- Develop product knowledge and analyze client requirements to execute tailored implementation plans.
Must-have qualifications
- English and French bilingualism is required for regular service to clients and collaboration with RBC partners and employees across Canada.
- At least 3–5 years of financial-services experience involving client-facing cash management implementation and/or advisory.
- Strong critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; demonstrated business acumen and ability to provide meaningful advice.
- Proven record of delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications.
Preferred qualification
- Post-secondary education in business administration or financial management is preferred; equivalent work experience is also noted.
Work arrangement
