- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Director Manager to oversee key client relationships, lead account management initiatives, and drive customer success at a senior level.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to major clients, ensuring business objectives are met while identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and partnership expansion.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic client relationships and high-value accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and consultative relationship management
- Collaborate with sales, operations, product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor account performance, customer health, and service delivery standards
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
- Resolve complex client issues and ensure timely, effective outcomes
- Prepare executive-level business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, business development, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior client management role preferred
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level or strategic client accounts
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement abilities
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
