The International Assistant Project Manager will report to the International Client Director and join the International Project Management team.

The role

We are looking for a Client Director to lead Ykone’s most strategic client relationships and drive the agency’s commercial growth.

This is a senior leadership role, acting as a key partner to the general manager, a bridge between clients, strategy, and financial performance.

You will bring strong financial acumen, market intelligence, and executive presence, ensuring that every engagement delivers both creative excellence and business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and own relationships with top-tier clients at a C-suite level
  • Act as a strategic advisor, shaping long-term partnerships and growth plans
  • Drive high-level conversations around brand, business, and market opportunities
  • Own and drive revenue growth, profitability, and financial performance across accounts
  • Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and margin optimization
  • Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial structuring
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of opportunities
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams across clients and markets
  • Oversee proposal development balancing creative ambition and commercial viability
  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with creative, strategy, and production teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years in senior client leadership, commercial, or business roles
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership, margins, forecasting, pricing)
  • Proven track record managing high-value clients and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in complex deal structuring and negotiations
  • Strong understanding of luxury, culture, retail, and experiential industries
  • Executive presence with ability to present and influence at C-level
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial instinct
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai
