Workplace
- Hybrid, Manchester-based role, with occasional travel to client sites and Finova offices across the UK.
- The hybrid model requires three office days each week, with remote work for the remainder.
Experience and capabilities
- Proven delivery of complex end-to-end software implementations within financial services is required; mortgage industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or enterprise platforms, modern delivery models and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing customer account portfolios and executive-level relationships; grasp of Agile and Waterfall planning, tracking and reporting.
- Commercial awareness and practical support for upsell, cross-sell or renewal opportunities with sales teams.
- Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills; able to work independently, manage competing priorities and engage with varied customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from onboarding and implementation through ongoing in-life delivery.
- Act as primary client contact and build trusted partnerships and effective ways of working.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define plans, timelines, costs and estimates; maintain delivery governance, risk management and progress reporting.
- Advocate for customers and focus delivery teams on service quality, satisfaction and NPS.
- Identify growth and renewal opportunities and align customer roadmaps with Finova product strategy.
- Support invoicing and portfolio financial governance and contribute to improvements in delivery processes, tools and training.
